Carl Sagan was an astronomer and educator who believed everyone had a place within science. Most famous for the Cosmos series and sharing the idea that humans are made of star-stuff. Sagan loved the stars, people and his planet. He advocated for protecting the planet and rethinking the scientific method in academic terms for young students.
